Book your slot
Each time slot is 15 minutes long. Once booked you will be locked in for your session and we look forward to meeting you.

Early Arrival Time
Please arrive 5 minutes early to your headshot appointment. In most cases I have sessions right after ours, so please arrive on time!

Pick Your Favorite
You will view all images taken, and choose your favorite to be retouched. Retouching ensures a polished and professional look.

Perfecting Your Look
We will help you with stray hairs, lint removal, etc to look your best. We have everything you need to perfect your look.

Delivery
Once we have completed the retouching, both you and Diyan will receive a link to your gallery. You can use your headshot as you wish!

We will capture several headshots of you, with different looks. Posing guidance, facial expression is all coached.

What to wear
You’ll select your favorite image immediately after your session for retouching.

The right colors can enhance your skin tone, eye color, and overall appearance in photos. Here’s what works best:

- Classic Neutrals: Navy, charcoal gray, black, and deep earth tones.
- Jewel Tones: Emerald green, royal blue, burgundy—flattering for most skin tones.
- Pastels (for lighter skin tones): Soft blues, dusty rose, and lavender can be elegant and professional.
🚫 Colors to Avoid:
- Neon & Bright Colors: They can reflect light onto your skin and be distracting.
- All-White or All-Beige: These colors can wash you out. If wearing white, layer with a darker blazer or jacket.

Men
A well-fitted suit, dress shirt, and optional tie. Stick to classic colors like navy, gray, or black.
Women
Blazers, professional blouses, and tops with modest necklines work best. Avoid anything too loose or tight.
